Locke/Edyn is a co-living and serviced apartment brand across Europe supported by investment fund Brookfield. HoCoSo supports the Locke/Edyn team with, in depth feasibility studies when they are considering a new location.
HoCoSo advised on the concept optimization and market due diligence, whilst stress-testing the business case for acquisition. Recently HoCoSo provided an advice report on Lisbon for a 369-apartment property worth 130 Million USD which will be opening in Summer 2022 under the Locke brand.
Stakeholder management is key for the working relationship between Edyn, Brookfield and HoCoSo. True diligent work HoCoSo has gained the trust of Brookfield and therefore they value the advice we have to offer. This is key as HoCoSo can offer the client not just a feasibility study but also personal advice.
