Jonathan leads the HoCoSo team in all projects and initiatives and thrives on collaboration with his clients, teams, students and partners to find transformative solutions for the future of hospitality.

Focussed on sharing ideas, knowledge, expertise and opening up networks, he has created and launched three new platforms in the past year: HoCoSo CONNECT, The Hospitality Resilience Series and HoCoSo CONVERSATION.

And while his career spans over 25 years, one of his most recent projects involves guiding SV Group through concept creation, design-brand, prototyping, strategic expansion, development organisational set-up, go-to-market strategy, and User X customer technical journey benchmarking and improvement of Stay KooooK, winner of the Swiss innovation awards in 2019 and runner up in the global awards.

Jonathan is also Head of International Hotel Development & Asset Management Specialisations at Glion Institute of Higher Education where he’s created new programs and initiatives, guides a team of talented industry and academic professionals and is the spokesperson and industry liaison for the programs.

A visionary, he believes the industry is in need of innovation today more than ever before and seeks to collaborate with those committed to create solutions for the future, on projects that fully engage all users of the hospitality concept-experience with a special focus on mental health, wellbeing and community-building.

A dedicated father to two young and courageous boys, a humble perfectionist, Jonathan enjoys going away on mountain retreats to recharge through meditation and yoga, but on an ideal Sunday afternoon, you might find him in an English or Irish pub watching the Six Nations Rugby.

Jonathan has Irish and English roots, lived in the UK, Germany, US and now in Switzerland.
