With more than 25 years of experience across the Hospitality, Franchising, Property and Technology sectors with brands such as Marriott, Wyndham, Aimbridge and BridgeStreet, Seán has scaled his career from restaurants and hotels, to alternative accommodations, holding senior management roles in operations, sales, development, brand development and travel tech. As CEO of BridgeStreet, Sean lead a team that pivoted the company to an innovative, award-winning global agency platform model to connect Business-to-Business (b2B) and scaled the company from four thousand apartments to over seventeen million accommodation choices across six categories worldwide.

He then went on and founded T5 Strategies, a business transformation advisory firm. With his team, they advise both established companies and start-ups in business strategy, intelligence and procedural analysis and development, preparation for funding investment, Workout and Administration situation reviews to Executive Coaching.

A native of Galway, Ireland, Seán has also called home to the U.S., the UK, Germany, Portugal and Barcelona, Spain. He is an ardent supporter of the Get Things Done philosophy,  as he believes in the power of Collaboration and Connection to achieve amazing results.

He is an active contributor and commentator in the hospitality space, with regular spots on Bloomberg and the NoVacancy livestreamed show, and speaking slots in some of the industry’s most prestigious conferences and forums.
