Patrick’s extensive career of over 3 decades of hotel management experience includes working on four continents and 35 countries, primarily with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. His expertise comes from deep experience in Operations, HR, and Leadership Facilitation – and his “special sauce” is working with corporations and organizations choosing to build more cohesive and effective management teams.

He is the founder and president of Ghielmetti & Associates, facilitating transformational leadership programs and behavior-based executive coaching.

He is proudly and happily married to Margaret, whose book of their years living around the world is Brave(ish): A Memoir of a Recovering Perfectionist.

Patrick loves classical music – as a vocalist and as a concert/opera goer. He is a graduate of Second City’s improvisation classes; an avid skier and scuba diver; ran two marathons; is into travel, films, books and different cuisines.
