Rhaya is an expert on the relationship between food and psychology with particular interest in Type 2 diabetes and gut health.
She studied Naturopathy and is fascinated by natural health, nutrition, and sustainable food movements. She was part of the team that wrote the first BSc in Nutrition Therapy at the University of Westminster where she taught and then later at the CNELM (Centre for Nutrition Education & Lifestyle Management). She now has moved her practice online and continues her consulting work.
