IHM RECHARGE 2020
The IHM RECHARGE is a two-day serviced apartment, aparthotel, extended stay and short-term rental business event, featuring a prestigious collective of leaders. It is an event to make connections that truly last – where people arrive as attendees and leave as friends.
This year, the event took place on January 20th and 21st, 2020, in the historical and touristic city of Barcelona. “Hospitality leaders with purpose” gathered for two days to network and debate trends and ideas that are driving this industry forward.

IHM RECHARGE 2020 Highlights
Development Workshop
Jonathan Humphries, Chairman HoCoSo, led the development workshop “Creating a totally unique co-living experience”. This workshop, which occurred on day 2 of the summit, combined investors and operators’ interests and triggered RECHARGERS’ creative ideas.
Jonathan was joined by thought leaders in the divisions of investors considerations, room design, services and operations, public spaces, networks in the neighbourhood, technology and distribution, and ‘healthy buildings’ and sustainability.
