Food & beverage concept strategist, entrepreneur, senior lecturer, and operator with over 30 years of international experience, specializing in translating creative vision into scalable, high-performing hospitality concepts.
With over three decades of experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Frank has held senior leadership roles with globally recognized hospitality brands including the Hôtel Plaza Athénée (Dorchester Collection), Alain Ducasse Enterprise, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. He combines strategic insight, creative direction, and deep operational expertise to deliver commercially successful, experience-driven F&B ventures.
As founder of Pariscape Consulting, Frank advises investors, developers, and operators on end-to-end F&B strategy—from concept ideation and brand positioning to financial structuring and operational rollout—across restaurant group development, franchise and management contract brokerage, and complex hospitality projects.
Through his work with Brassage Studios, he contributes to next-generation hospitality concepts that integrate storytelling, design, and operational intelligence.
Frank is also an active entrepreneur and operator, founder of Les Zythologues and STAMM in Paris, grounding his advisory work in real-world execution.
Alongside his industry work, he is a senior lecturer at ESSEC Business School and Glion Institute of Higher Education.
