HoCoSo’s expert consultants will be delivering a fully interactive and immersive seminar and an in-person simulation on how to negotiate Hospitality Management Agreements – HMA´s.

This session will be highly interactive focusing on win-win negotiation theory, key commercial terms of HMA’s and the nuances of negotiations best-in-class outcomes.

On completion of this workshop participants will be able to:

  1. Fully understand the complexity and nuances of HMA’s
  2. Utilize the best theoretical negotiation frameworks
  3. Gain confidence in engaging in negotiations and HMA’s

 About Katharine Le Quesne

Katharine Le Quesne has spent two decades as a professional advisor to the travel, hospitality and leisure industries. She works all over the world in emerging and mature markets, helping clients to assess opportunities for value creation. She has a particular specialism in: development strategy; destination resorts; luxury and lifestyle brands; and theme parks. She is currently Head of Resorts Specializations at Glion Institute of Higher Education and a Visiting Lecturer at a number of world-class hotel schools.. Katharine is a regular speaker at industry events, a writer on industry issues and has been a professional advisor on the World Economic Forum Travel & Tourism Competitiveness Report.

 About Jonathan Humphries

Jonathan Humphries, Chairman of HoCoSohas circa 25 years of experience in hotel development, asset management, concept creation and education.

He has created new specializations for the sector’s next generation, at the prestigious Hotel Management universities École Hôtelière de Lausanne and Glion Institute of Higher Education, in Switzerland for MBA, Masters and Bachelor students. His courses and teachings extend as well to executives of renowned hospitality firms.
